Helping Kids and Families Feel Seen, Heard, and Understood
I’ve spent over 15 years working with children, teens, and families in nonprofit settings, and now I bring that experience into my private practice. My work is grounded in compassion, creativity, and the belief that everyone—especially kids—deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood.
In my sessions, I often use art, music, play, and sensory activities to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. I also draw from proven therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and executive functioning coaching to meet each child or family's unique needs. Therapy doesn’t always look like sitting on a couch and talking—it can also look like creating, playing, moving, or simply being in a calm and welcoming space.
I specialize in supporting children with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and the everyday stress that can impact families. I also work closely with parents and caregivers—because when a child is struggling, the whole family feels it. Together, we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and I’ll help you find ways to support your child while also taking care of yourself.
If you or your child is navigating ADHD, I bring not only clinical experience but personal understanding. As a parent with ADHD raising a child with ADHD, I know how tough and isolating it can feel at times. There is support out there—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
My goal is to meet you where you are, whether this is your first time in therapy or you're looking for a fresh approach. If anything here speaks to you, I’d love to connect for a phone consultation. You deserve support that feels right for you and your family.
